Not everyone has time to go to the gym or attend classes, I understand that. And sometimes, particularly when losing weight and slimming down is the goal, results are often elusive as exercise alone will just not make the difference anyway.

As a result of the Covid 19 situation all of my group exercise classes have been running through a private Facebook group.
This has proved to be a very flexible option for everyone and although we are starting to return ” to face to face classes” we will continue online with 4 classes weekly.
The “live session” are at 9 am but if you can’t make that time, you can always join in on catch up as I post the workouts up in the group and leave them there.
You can do a PAYG class with us for £3.50 or have access to all of them at any time during the week for just £6 or monthly at £24

Power of Two: 15 mins each of Step and aerobics with optional power moves
Stretch and tone: Gentle exercises for mobilising, lengthening and toning muscles
Circuits: Total body workout, work at your own level
Lift Lean Back to basics: Simple resistance training exercises with Dumbells
Step n tone: Low impact stepping movements with body weight toning exercises
Functional Abs Back & Core: Tone the tummy with exercises for functional fitness
HIIT training: Interval training with both cardio and resistance exercises
Step n pump: Interval training using step and D/Bells
Old skool aerobics: Mix it up, high or low impact, fun fitness cardio workout
Legs, Bums & Tums: Toning exercises for legs, glutes, abs & core.
Brainfit: Stretch, mobilise and relax using music and movement
Cardio Sculpt: Low impact aerobics with toning exercises for total body
Mid Section Meltdown: Targeted exercises for Abs, Back & core
Movement Mash Up: High/Low Impact Aerobics + Core Conditioning
Flex, Stretch n Roll: Relaxation/stretch class using foam roller for an added massage of tight muscles
