Want to feel fitter, stronger, leaner and have more energy?

Come and join us on a Tuesday evening for some HIIT Training.

Exercise doesn’t have to be boring and you don’t have to go it alone! Trying to lose a few pounds can seem like an uphill struggle but when you join a class of like-minded ladies your chances of success are greatly improved. Let me motivate you at  our interval training based session, perfect for beginners and also the more experienced exerciser looking for a fitness challenge. Work at your own speed and level with the right options and modifications for you.

All you need is a pair of trainers, loose comfy clothing, a towel and some water.

Body Blitz

HIIT workout combining both cardio and Resistance Training  for a Total Body workout using minimal equipment and your own body as resistance. Feel fitter, stronger and more energised, a great class to kick start the week.  Multi Level workout

When?  Tuesday evenings at 6.45pm

Where?   Kingsacre school Hall, Braunton
