Come and join one of our fitness classes. Exercise doesn’t have to be boring and you don’t have to go it alone! Trying to lose a few pounds can seem like an uphill struggle but when you join a class of like-minded ladies your chances of success are greatly improved. Let me motivate you at any of the classes below. As the workouts are interval training based, they are perfect for beginners and also the more experienced exerciser looking for a fitness challenge.
Work at your own speed and level with the right options and modifications for you.
All you need is a pair of trainers, loose comfy clothing, a towel and some water.

Tone & Tighten
Shape muscles, improve posture and build your core with this total body workout combining cardio and resistance training. Suitable for regular exercisers and beginners, work at a level to suit you.
When? Wednesday Mornings at 9.30am
Where? St Brannocks Church Rooms Braunton (opposite the fire station)
