Want to feel fitter, stronger, leaner and have more energy?

Come and join us at a group fitness class.

Exercise doesn’t have to be boring and you don’t have to go it alone!

Trying to lose a few pounds can seem like an uphill struggle but when you join a class of like-minded ladies your chances of success are greatly improved.

Let me motivate you at one of our Braunton based classes. Work at your own speed and level with the right options and modifications for you. Perfect for beginners and also the more experienced exerciser looking for a fitness challenge.

All you need is a pair of trainers, loose comfy clothing, a towel and some water.

HIIT Training

HIIT workout combining both cardio and Resistance Training  for a Total Body workout using minimal equipment and your own body as resistance. Feel fitter, stronger and more energised, a great class to kick start the week.  Multi Level workout

When?  Tuesday evenings at 6.45pm

Where?   Kingsacre school Hall, Braunton
