I went along to Marie's introduction to her class and was really motivated to join as it wasn't just about losing weight, it was about changing your mindset and choosing the healthy food options.  The menu planner was really useful as it didn't read like a 'diet' it was a very helpful tool in changing my weekly menu and eating habits easily.  I wasn't too sure that I would have the motivation or will power to stick at it but at the end of the programme I had lost 5 llbs without really noticing!  My measurements that were taken at the start of the programme had reduced too which was great.  It wasn't hard work at all and I think the chats with Marie each week, group support both at the weekly classes and online definitely helped.
I would thoroughly recommend these classes and will be keeping the menu planners and regularly checking in to Marie's Facebook page for handy tips and encouraging messages.

I have just completed a 12 session programme with Marie ready for a 1st time ski holiday. I didn't want to lose weight as such, but just get stronger and fitter. Marie has given me varied and challenging workouts, that a gym would never have achieved. Not being the most motivated of people I really needed that extra push and support, which Marie's enthusiasm and 'homework' has given me. Happy holidays Marie - Will be continuing with new goals in 2020!

With Marie’s sessions I noticed a change in my body shape quite quickly, friends and colleagues had noticed too. The main thing I found had changed was my fitness level, the hills I encountered on my running routes became easier. At the end of the month when Marie weighed and measured me, I was over the moon to find that I had lost a few pounds and inches. it was a real reward and a refreshing change to actually see a difference. I am back again this month with Marie and loving it.

Just to let you know how much I enjoy and appreciate your Move it or Lose it Classes on Monday mornings.  I really look forward to meeting everyone in such a jolly atmosphere and doing the exercises which are not too taxing!  I'm sure it does me a lot of good in several ways that make me feel better .
