We know how difficult it can be to prioritise ourselves whilst juggling busy lives so these workshops are a great way to learn skills, tips & info to help take positive steps towards well-being and to meet local like-minded people.
The inter-active sessions include: exercise; meditation; nutrition demos; healthy snacks; self-empowerment skills and informative talks e.g. juicing vs detox; how to keep balanced & grounded; fats that harm & fats that heal; the importance of looking after ourselves & how to achieve it.
